LA-RO PROMET is a company engaged in the transport of special cargoes in road, rail, river, maritime and air traffic, handling of cargo and crane services. In the fleet we own the latest EURO 5 generation vehicles. In addition to handling of freights (up to 800 tons), crane services and special transport of other branches of transport, we are especially proud of the special road transport.
To other carriers from Croatia and other countries across Europe we offer services for obtaining permits as well as special transports escort services, both in Croatia and in neighboring countries, as well as in distant relations. We have 10 specially equipped vehicles for escorting special transport.
For loading, unloading, assembling (all other tasks requiring load setting at a given location), we have a large number of telescopic autolifts, ranging from 35 to 500 tons.
LA-RO PROMET specializes in heavy cargos manipulation without the use of a crane, using Lukas hydraulic equipment for mass handling up to 800 tons. One of the advantages of this mode of operation is the possibility of extraction / indentation, as well as heavy-duty baseplate bases in halls and trafo cells, where there is no possibility of car cranes or where the car crane is to be dismantled, electrical lines or where a large free area is needed so the car crane can be built. Hydraulic equipment is also used when changing bearings on bridges. Hydraulic equipment is also suitable for manipulation of heavy duty cargoes from one transport vehicle to another vehicle, most often from a trailer wagon and vice versa, thus achieving significant savings for our customers.
